The New England Patriots came up short in their Super Bowl run in the 2010 NFL season. They lost to their rival New York Jets
in the 2011 AFC Divisional game 28-21.
Tom Brady had yet another MVP type season for the Pats. In the just completed 2010 NFL season, the future Hall of Fame quarterback
threw for 3,900 yards with 34 touchdowns and only 4 interceptions. That last statistic really stands out. ONLY 4 INTERCEPTIONS! He
went something like six weeks without even throwing a pick. Simply an amazing stat. And to top it all off, Brady's QB rating was an NFL best
111.0!! This guy seems to be getting better and better as the years go by.
It is almost hard to believe that Tom Brady was drafted in the 6th round (199th pick) of the 2000 NFL draft. Talk about finding a diamond in
the rough! I wish I would have had a crystal ball back in 2000 and I wish I would have loaded up on Tom Brady rookie cards. But who knew, right?
After all, the Patriots had a future hall of fame quarterback already in Drew Bledsoe, and Brady was just the back up QB. Who knew that 10 years
later we would be talking about Tom Brady being one of the best NFL quarterbacks of all time. He has lead the Patriots to 4 Super Bowls and won
3 of them.
Having accomplished so much in the past decade, Tom Brady rookie cards have become some of the most sought after and most collected issues by
football card collectors everywhere.
Of course, his RC can be found in 2000 football card boxes and packs. Let's take a look at some of Tom Brady rookies that have recently sold
